When you submit a contact enquiry or schedule a meeting, we collect only the information you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, message context, and optional project details. No hidden device fingerprinting, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks are used.

2. AI Assistant Interactions

The AI visitor assistant (“Ask Sadeesha AI”) processes questions strictly server-side using public portfolio content as its ground truth. Conversations are not retained for model training or shared with commercial data brokers.

3. Data Retention & Security

Contact enquiries are stored securely in a private PostgreSQL database accessible only via authenticated admin credentials. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details under any circumstances.
